Intel Designs has completed more than 2000 projects within the 9 years it has been in existence. Celebrating its 9 years in the market, Intel Designs chose to rebrand itself to increase its scope of influence as well as improve on service delivery, by requesting us to develop a system as well as create a website for them.

The Challenges

Despite being in the market for 9 years, Intel Designs was still far from achieving its goals. This was in spite of having a panel of architectural and web design professionals who are more than capable of delivering gold. Our strategy

After presenting the needs of the clients to the team, we came up with the ideas to make it work. We also brainstormed on the features of the website, how it was going to work among others. Our aim was to design an amazing website, while still maintaining the important details of the company, such as the name, the logo, and what the company stands for. After coming up a strategy for designing the website, we held a meeting with the clients. The meeting was meant to present our strategy to them for approval and also offer explanations whenever needed.

The meeting also involved the head of developers, who was to explain how the team will develop the system for them in a clear, easy to understand manner. The head developer also presented the specification document to the clients for approval. This document is meant to explain how the system will function. The head developer also requested for a series of meetings between the developers, the clients, the managers, as well as the auditors. Their presence during the system development was vital since they had to understand how the system being developed will function and behave in different stages.

The clients were okay with the strategy and so, we gave the team a go-ahead to start working on the project.
